Deuteronomy 24 ; verse 1-4
If a man marries a woman who becomes displeasing to him because he finds something indecent about her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house, 2 and if after she leaves his house she becomes the wife of another man, 3 and her second husband dislikes her and writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house, or if he dies, 4 then her first husband, who divorced her, is not allowed to marry her again after she has been defiled. That would be detestable in the eyes of the Lord. Do not bring sin upon the land the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance.
“ہو سکتا ہے کو ئی آدمی کسی عورت سے شادی کرے اور کچھ خفیہ باتیں اس کے بارے میں جان لے جسے کہ وہ پسند نہیں کرتا ہے۔ اگر وہ آدمی اس عورت سے خوش نہیں ہے تو اسے طلاق نامہ لکھ کر اس عورت کو دینا چا ہئے تب اپنے گھر سے اس کو بھیج دینا چا ہئے۔ 2 جب اس نے اس کا گھر چھو ڑدیا ہے تو وہ دوسرے آدمی کے پاس جا کر اس کی بیوی ہو سکتی ہے۔ 3-4 لیکن مان لو۔ کہ نیا شوہر بھی اسے پسند نہیں کرتا ہے اور اسے وِداع کردیتا ہے اور اگر وہ آدمی اسے طلاق دیدیتا ہے۔ تو بھی پہلا شوہر اسے پھر سے بیوی کی طرح نہیں رکھ سکتا ہے یا اگر نیا شوہر مرجا تا ہے تو پہلا شو ہر اسے پھر سے بیوی کی طرح نہیں رکھ سکتا ہے وہ اس کے لئے نجس ہو چکی ہے۔ اگر وہ اس سے پھر شادی کرتا ہے تو وہ ایسا کام کریگا جس سے خداوند نفرت کرتا ہے تمہیں اس ملک میں ایسا نہیں کرنا چا ہئے جسے خداوند تمہا را خدا رہنے کے لئے دے رہا ہے۔
My point of view about above verses
If a man marries a woman and displease with her – he can divorce her and sent her form his house – and then if she marries another man and he also divorce her and the man dies – then the first man is not allowed to marry her again – it is hateful in eyes of God- Don’t bring sin upon the land your God is giving you as your inheritance
God is not allowing a man to marry a woman he already divorced and if that woman has married to another man- its a sinful practice in God's eyes - so men are need to follow God's commands for their well-being
This is our God - so we should behave
-These are the orders given by God for our ultimate good and we all have to follow
May God give us wisdom to understand His Word and apply it in our lives
