1 Kings ; Chapter 20 Verse 28
28 The man of God came up and told the king of Israel, “This is what the Lord says: ‘Because the Arameans think the Lord is a god of the hills and not a god of the valleys, I will deliver this vast army into your hands, and you will know that I am the Lord
28 اسرائیل کے بادشاہ کے پاس ایک خدا کا آدمی اس پیغام کے ساتھ آیا : “خداوند نے کہا ، ’ ارامی لوگو ں نے کہا ، “میں خداوند، پہاڑیوں کا خدا ہو ں۔وہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ میں وادیوں کا خدا نہیں ہوں اس لئے میں تمہیں اجازت دیتا ہوں۔ اس بڑی فوج کو شکست دو تب تم جان جا ؤ گے کہ میں خداوندہوں ( ہرجگہ میں )۔”
My point of view about above verses
Its God who leads his people through his prophets - who spoke to kings on behalf of God - Our aim should be to stay in touch with Him to ask
A prophet told King Ahab of Israel that Lord says are you afraid from this vast army – I will give it into your hand tomorrow as they say that Israel’s God is God of mountains and not of valleys – this I will do so that they know I am the Lord
So God never leaves us and help us in distress if our purposes are aligned with His will or purpose
Its God only who is all knowing and He tells us what to do and how to procced
- question is are we receptive to listen God so lets be in continous connection with Him to live a life He wants us to live - just to obey Him and wonders happen
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
