2 Kings ; Chapter 10 Verse 30-31
30 The Lord said to Jehu, “Because you have done well in accomplishing what is right in my eyes and have done to the house of Ahab all I had in mind to do, your descendants will sit on the throne of Israel to the fourth generation.” 31 Yet Jehu was not careful to keep the law of the Lord, the God of Israel, with all his heart. He did not turn away from the sins of Jeroboam, which he had caused Israel to commit.
ا ہو کی اسرائیل پر حکو مت
30 خدا وند نے یاہو سے کہا ، “تم نے اچھا کیا تم نے وہی کئے جنہیں میں اچھا کہتا ہوں۔ تم نے اخی اب کے خاندان کو اسی طرح تباہ کر دیا جیسا میں نے تم سے چاہا تھا ، اس لئے تمہاری نسلیں اسرائیل پر چار نسلوں تک حکومت کریں گی۔”
31 لیکن یاہو پورے دل سے خدا وند کے اصولوں کو پورا کرنے میں ہوشیار نہیں تھا۔ یا ہو نے یُربعام کے گناہوں کو کرنا بند نہیں کیا جس نے اسرائیل سے گناہ کروائے تھے۔
My point of view about above verses
The Lord said to Jehu as you did well what God told you so your descendants will sit on the throne of Israel to the fourth generation
We need to give importance to God and his messages send to us through His prophets even against our loved ones
Its God who guide us to perform certain actions and - just we need to trust and do His will
If we do God's will He rewards us
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
