2 Kings ; Chapter 10 Verse 32-33
32 In those days the Lord began to reduce the size of Israel. Hazael overpowered the Israelites throughout their territory 33 east of the Jordan in all the land of Gilead (the region of Gad, Reuben and Manasseh), from Aroer by the Arnon Gorge through Gilead to Bashan.
حزائیل کا اِسرائیل کو شکست دینا
32 اس وقت خدا وند نے اسرائیل کے علاقوں کو فتح کرنا شروع کیا۔ ارام کے بادشاہ حزائیل نے بنی اسرائیلیوں کو اسرائیل کی ہر سر حد پر شکست دی۔ 33 حزائیل نے یردن ندی کی مشرقی زمین کو جیت لیا اور جِلعاد کی تمام زمین اور بشمول وہ زمین جو جاد کے خاندانی گروہ کی روبن اور منسّی کی تھی۔ حزائیل نے عرو عیر سے اروناہ کی وادی ہوتے ہو ئے جِلعاد اور بسن تک کی تمام زمینات کو جیت لیا۔
My point of view about above verses
Those days Lord began to reduce the size of Israel
If we will not behave - He is all powerful to do anything to us
We need to give importance to God and his messages send to us through His prophets even against our loved ones
Its God who guide us to perform certain actions and - just we need to trust and do His will
If we do God's will He rewards us or otherwise punish us
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
