2 Chronicles ; Chapter 33 verse 7- 9
7 He took the image he had made and put it in God’s temple, of which God had said to David and to his son Solomon, “In this temple and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, I will put my Name forever. 8 I will not again make the feet of the Israelites leave the land I assigned to your ancestors, if only they will be careful to do everything I commanded them concerning all the laws, decrees and regulations given through Moses.” 9 But Manasseh led Judah and the people of Jerusalem astray, so that they did more evil than the nations the Lord had destroyed before the Israelites.
7 منسی نے دیوتا کا بُت بنایا اور اسے ہیکل میں رکھا۔خدا نے داؤد اور اس کے بیٹے سلیمان سے ہیکل کے بارے میں کہا تھا، “میں اس عمارت اور یروشلم میں اپنانام ہمیشہ کے لئے رکھو ں گا یہ وہ شہر ہے جسے میں نے تمام شہروں اور تمام خاندانی گروہوں سے چُنا ہے اور میرا نام وہاں ابد الآباد رہے گا۔ 8 میں پھر اسرائیلیوں کو اس زمین سے باہر نہیں کروں گا جسے میں نے ان کے آباؤ اجداد کو دینے کے لئے چُنا۔ لیکن انہیں ان اصولوں کے مطا بق کام کرنا چاہئے جنہیں میں نے موسیٰ کو انہیں دینے کے لئے دیئے۔” 9 منسیّ نے یہوداہ کے لوگوں اور یروشلم میں رہنے والے لوگوں کو گناہ کرنے کے لئے اکسا یا۔ اس نے ان قوموں سے بھی بڑا گناہ کیا جنہیں خدا وند نے تباہ کیا تھا۔ جو اسرائیلیوں سے پہلے اس ملک میں تھے۔
My point of view about above verses
God said to David and his son Solomon that in this temple in Jerusalem I will put my name forever- I will not let Israel to leave the land which I had given to their ancestors provided they are careful to do everything I commanded about the laws, regulations and decrees given through Moses
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
