Numbers 33 ; verse 53-54
53 Take possession of the land and settle in it, for I have given you the land to possess. 54 Distribute the land by lot, according to your clans. To a larger group give a larger inheritance, and to a smaller group a smaller one. Whatever falls to them by lot will be theirs. Distribute it according to your ancestral tribes.
53 تم وہ ملک لوگے اور وہاں بسوگے کیوں؟کیوں کہ یہ ملک میں تم کو دے رہا ہوں۔ یہ تمہارے خاندانوں کا ہوگا۔ 54 تمہارا ہر ایک خاندان زمین کا حصّہ پائیگا۔ تم اس بات کے لئے قرعہ ڈالوگے کہ ملک کا کونسا حصّہ کس خاندان کو ملتا ہے۔ بڑے خاندان زمین کا بڑا حصّہ پائیں گے چھوٹے خاندان ملک کا چھو ٹا حصہ پائیں گے۔ زمین ان لوگوں کو دی جائے گی جن کے نام قرعہ کا فیصلہ ہوگا۔ ہر ایک خاندانی گروہ اپنی زمین پائے گا
My point of view about above verses
God told Moses tell Israelites when you enter Canaan –
Distribute the land by lot – to larger group – give more land as their inheritance and to a smaller group small. – take possession of land and settle in it
Only listening is not which works with God rather to obey what He commands,
Let God give us wisdom to understand His word and help us to apply it in our lives
