Numbers 33 ; verse 55-56
55 “‘But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land, those you allow to remain will become barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will give you trouble in the land where you will live. 56 And then I will do to you what I plan to do to them.’”
55 “تمہیں ان لوگوں کو سر زمین سے باہر ہانک دینا چاہئے۔ اگر تم ان لوگوں کو اپنے ملک میں ٹھہر نے دوگے تو وہ تمہارے لئے بہت پریشانیاں پیدا کریں گے۔ وہ تمہاری آنکھوں کے لئے کیل اور تمہارے پہلوؤں کے لئے کانٹے بن جائیں گے۔ وہ اس ملک میں بہت آفتیں لائیں گے جہاں تم بسو گے۔ 56 میں نے تم لوگوں کو سمجھا دیا جو مجھے انکے ساتھ کرنا ہے اور میں تمہارے ساتھ وہی کروں گا اگر تم لوگ ان لوگوں کو اپنے ملک میں رہنے دوگے۔ ”
My point of view about above verses
God told Moses tell Israelites when you enter Canaan –
God told if you will not drive out the people of land they will create trouble for you and Then I will do what I plan to do to them
Only listening is not which works with God rather to obey what He commands,
Let God give us wisdom to understand His word and help us to apply it in our lives
