1 Chronicles ; Chapter 12 verse 16-18
16 Other Benjamites and some men from Judah also came to David in his stronghold. 17 David went out to meet them and said to them, “If you have come to me in peace to help me, I am ready for you to join me. But if you have come to betray me to my enemies when my hands are free from violence, may the God of our ancestors see it and judge you.”
18 Then the Spirit came on Amasai, chief of the Thirty, and he said:
“We are yours, David! We are with you, son of Jesse! Success, success to you, and success to those who help you, for your God will help you.
دوسرے سپاہیوں کا داؤد کے ساتھ شامل ہونا
16 بنیمین اور یہوداہ خاندان کے دوسرے لوگ بھی داؤد کے پاس قلعہ میں آئے۔ 17 داؤد ان سے ملنے باہر گیا۔اور اس نے کہا ، “اگر تم لوگ سلامتی کے ساتھ میری مدد کرنے آئے ہو تو میں تم لوگوں کا استقبال کرتا ہوں میرے ساتھ رہ سکتے ہو۔ لیکن اگر تم میرے دشمنوں کیلئے مجھ سے دغا کرنے کے لئے آئے ہو جبکہ میں نے تمہا را کچھ بُرا نہیں کیا ہے۔ تو ہمارے اجداد کا خدا دیکھے تم نے کیا کیا اور سزا دے۔ ”
18 تب عماسی پر رُوح نازل ہو ئی جو تیس کا قائد تھا اور کہا :
“داؤد! ہم تمہا رے لئے ہیں! یسّی کے بیٹے ہم تمہا رے ساتھ ہیں۔ تمہا رے ساتھ سلامتی ہو! جو تمہا ری مدد کریں انکے ساتھ بھی سلامتی ہو کیوں کہ تمہا را خدا تمہا ری مدد کرتا ہے۔”
My point of view about above verses
David become powerful as God was with him
Some Benjamites and some men from Judah came to David wish him success as God was with him
Our strength comes from God
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
