1 Chronicles ; Chapter 18 verse 11-13
11 King David dedicated these articles to the Lord, as he had done with the silver and gold he had taken from all these nations: Edom and Moab, the Ammonites and the Philistines, and Amalek.
12 Abishai son of Zeruiah struck down eighteen thousand Edomites in the Valley of Salt. 13 He put garrisons in Edom, and all the Edomites became subject to David. The Lord gave David victory wherever he went.
11 داؤد بادشاہ نے ان سب چیزوں کو ان سونے اور چاندی کے ساتھ جو اس نے اور قوموں یعنی ادومی ، موآبی ، عمّونی ، فلسطینی اور عمالیقی لوگوں سے حاصل کیا تھا خدا وند کو وقف کر دیا۔
12 ضرویاہ کے بیٹے ابی شئے نے نمک کی وادی میں ۰۰۰,۱۸ ادومی لوگوں کو مارڈا لا۔ 13 اور اس نے ادوم میں محافظ دستہ رکھا اور سارے ادومی داؤد کے غلام بن گئے۔ اس طرح سے داؤد جہاں کہیں بھی گئے خدا وند نے اسے فتح دی۔
My point of view about above verses
Lord gave victory to David wherever he went as He dedicate all gold and silver which he got from wars to God
Its God who gives victory to His people
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
