2 Chronicles ; Chapter 18 verse 17-20
17 The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “Didn’t I tell you that he never prophesies anything good about me, but only bad?”
18 Micaiah continued, “Therefore hear the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on his throne with all the multitudes of heaven standing on his right and on his left. 19 And the Lord said, ‘Who will entice Ahab king of Israel into attacking Ramoth Gilead and going to his death there?’ One suggested this, and another that
17 اسرائیل کے بادشاہ اخی اب نے یہو سفط سے کہا ، “میں نے کہا تھا کہ میکا یاہ میرے لئے خدا وند سے اچھا پیغام نہیں پائے گا وہ میرے لئے صرف برا پیغام رکھتا ہے۔” 18 میکا یاہ نے کہا ، “خدا وند کے پیغام کو سنو : میں نے دیکھا خدا وند اپنے تخت پر بیٹھا ہے جنت کی تمام فوجیں اس کے اطراف کھڑی ہیں کچھ اسکے دائیں جانب اور کچھ بائیں جانب۔ 19 خدا وند نے کہا ، ’اسرائیل کے بادشاہ اخی اب کو کون دھو کہ دیگا ، جس سے وہ جلعاد کے رامات شہر پر حملہ کرے اور وہ وہاں مار دیا جائے ؟
خدا وند کے چاروں طرف کھڑے مختلف لوگوں نے مختلف جوابات دیئے۔
My point of view about above verses
Lord was with Jehosaphat as he followed the ways of his father David and obeyed God’s commands and decrees
When king of Israel and Judah enquired from Micaiah to go for war against Ramoth Gilead he said I saw all Israelites scatters on the hills like sheep without a shepherd and Lord said that have no master – let each one go home in peace
Micaiah told king of Israelite I saw LORD sitting on throne and asking who will entice Ahab king of Israel to attack Ramoth Gilead so he will die there
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
