2 Chronicles ; Chapter 20 verse 29-30
Jehoshaphat Defeats Moab and Ammon
29 The fear of God came on all the surrounding kingdoms when they heard how the Lord had fought against the enemies of Israel. 30 And the kingdom of Jehoshaphat was at peace, for his God had given him rest on every side.
29 تمام ملکوں کی بادشاہ خدا وند سے ڈرے ہوئے تھے کیوں کہ انہوں نے سُنا کہ خدا وند اسرائیل کے دشمنوں سے لڑا ہے۔ 30 یہی وجہ ہے کہ یہو سفط کی بادشاہت میں امن رہا۔ یہو سفط کے خدا نے اسے چاروں طرف سے امن دیا۔
My point of view about above verses
Lord was with Jehosaphat as he followed the ways of his father David and obeyed God’s commands and decrees
God's people seek help from God in situations of distress - They cry for help and God listens to His people
God fights for His people and knows how to save them
We need to trust Him and give Him thanks always
Fear of Lord on all surrounding areas of Jerusalem as they heard how he fight with enemies of Israel and there is peace during the reign of Jehoshaphat
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
