2 Chronicles ; Chapter 25 verse 1-4
Amaziah King of Judah
Amaziah was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem twenty-nine years. His mother’s name was Jehoaddan; she was from Jerusalem. 2 He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, but not wholeheartedly. 3 After the kingdom was firmly in his control, he executed the officials who had murdered his father the king. 4 Yet he did not put their children to death, but acted in accordance with what is written in the Law, in the Book of Moses, where the Lord commanded: “Parents shall not be put to death for their children, nor children be put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.”
ہودا ہ کا بادشا ہ امصیاہ
25 امصیاہ جب بادشا ہ ہوا اس کی عمر ۲۵ سال تھی۔ اس نے یروشلم میں ۲۹سال حکومت کی۔ اس کی ماں کانام یہوعدان تھا۔ یہوعدان یروشلم کی تھی۔ 2 امصیاہ نے وہی کیا جو خداوند اس سے کروانا چاہتا تھا۔لیکن اس نے اپنے پو رے دل سے نہیں کیا۔ 3 امصیاہ جب ایک طاقتور بادشا ہ ہو گیا۔تب اس نے ان افسرو ں کو مارڈا لا جو اس کے باپ ،بادشا ہ کو مار دیئے تھے۔ 4 لیکن امصیاہ نے ان افسروں کے بچوں کو ہلاک نہیں کیا۔کیوں ؟ کیوں کہ اس نے ان احکامات کی تعمیل کی جو موسیٰ کی کتاب میں لکھے ہو ئے تھے خداوند نے حکم دیا ، “والدین کو اپنے بیٹوں کے گناہوں کے لئے نہیں مارنا چا ہئے۔ بچو ں کو اپنے والدین کے گناہوں کے لئے نہیں مارنا چا ہئے۔ہرایک آدمی کو خود اس کے گناہ کے لئے ماردینا چا ہئے۔”
My point of view about above verses
God says in law that children will not put to death for their parent’s sin nor will parents put to death because of their children. Everyone will die for their own sin
May God give us wisdom to understand Him through His Word as He speaks with us through this - and apply it in our lives to have a blissful life on earth
